Every frame, brace, platform and castor is available on its own, which rental fleets and trade customers expect.

Front handrails: single, double or Vario (adjustable up to 305 cm) for edge protection during assembly
Platform floors: concrete plywood or lightweight carbon, with or without hatch

Built in the Zaanstreek, the Netherlands

Euroscaffold has made aluminium climbing equipment for over a decade, from about 10,000 m² of production and distribution space with a showroom that keeps the full range in stock. Custom work such as fixed ladders is possible on request.

Production process

From aluminium tube to finished frame

Aluminium tubes and profiles
Frames start as round aluminium tubes and ribbed rung profiles.
Claws and couplers
Cast claws, couplers and brackets are prepared for braces and frames.
Robot welding
Welding robots join the rungs to the uprights of each frame.
Manual welding
Welders join frames and parts by hand where a robot is not used.
Assembly
Frames, platforms and parts are assembled and prepared for shipping.
Stock and dispatch
Finished towers and parts are kept in stock in the Zaanstreek and leave on mixed pallets.

Questions dealers ask first

Which standards do the products meet?

Rolling and stair towers are built to NEN-EN 1004 class 3 and EN 1298 and are TÜV certified. Eurostairs ladders and stairs meet EN 131 and NEN 2484.

What warranty do I get?

Towers come with a 5-year manufacturer warranty. Inspections can be done by certified inspectors on site or at the factory.

Can I order single spare parts?

Yes. Every frame, brace, platform, stabiliser and castor is sold separately, so towers can be extended or repaired instead of replaced.

How are orders delivered?

By truck from the Netherlands. Towers, trailers, ladders and parts can be combined on mixed pallets. Sea freight is possible on request. We confirm the lead time with every quote.

How do I become a dealer?
